Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Services Offered

DepoScripts provides transcript production, legal videography, digital deposition support, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Cancellations, Schedule Changes, and Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written service agreement, all deposits, retainers, advance payments, and payments for services that have been scheduled, reserved, started, or completed are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been performed or rendered, whether in whole or in part.

Cancellations or schedule changes must be received by DepoScripts before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the business day immediately preceding the scheduled proceeding or service. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding federal and North Carolina state holidays.

 Any cancellation or schedule change received after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the preceding business day, or at any time on the scheduled service date, will be billed a cancellation or schedule-change fee.

 Cancellation and schedule-change fees apply because DepoScripts commits personnel, preparation time, travel arrangements, vendors, technology, and equipment in advance of the scheduled service. The applicable fee will be based on the services and resources reserved and may be stated in the relevant quote, rate sheet, scheduling confirmation, invoice, contract, or service agreement.

 Additional charges will apply if personnel have already begun traveling to the scheduled location, have arrived at the location, or have incurred other nonrecoverable expenses. These charges may include travel time, mileage, parking, lodging, equipment rentals, vendor charges, preparation time, and other costs reasonably incurred in connection with the scheduled service.

 A cancellation received before the deadline may avoid the cancellation or schedule-change fee. However, a timely cancellation does not make deposits, retainers, advance payments, or other nonrefundable payments eligible for a refund.

 Cancellation and schedule-change requests must be submitted using the contact information provided in the scheduling confirmation or service agreement. The client is responsible for confirming that DepoScripts received the request before the deadline.

 Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

Payment and Billing

Clients will be invoiced based on services rendered, as outlined in our agreements or order confirmations. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a service fee. Payments processed by credit card will include a fee for processing through the credit card company.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and service marks, is the property of DepoScripts or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Confidentiality and Data Security

We take confidentiality seriously and maintain industry-standard safeguards to protect the data you provide. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
