Meet our partners: Bonnie, Billy, and Hillary. Together, this distinguished family leadership team combines a wealth of unique expertise with a shared vision, guided by an unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and the highest standards of professional conduct.
Bonnie’s long experience as a North Carolina Certified Paralegal and a Certified Verbatim Reporter has equipped her with the industry knowledge that is the foundation of her guiding principles as a partner of DepoScripts. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, her résumé includes years as a trial paralegal managing a heavy caseload, before founding and operating a litigation support company for 15 years. Bonnie knows what litigators need from a court reporting firm: professionalism, dependability, timely delivery of services, up-to-the-minute technology resources – and the human touch that assures our clients they’re getting the best service possible.
Billy considers it a privilege to serve the bench and bar as a Certified Legal Video Specialist since 2014. Before that, he enjoyed a 26-year career as a mechanical HVAC designer, while earning a Master of Divinity degree and serving as an interim pastor. Billy’s background as an engineer taught him the importance of precision, accuracy, and attention to detail – a perfect skill set to meet the stringent demands of the litigation marketplace. He has a passion to serve not only his community, an article of faith for him as a Christian and ordained minister, but to respect the needs of our clients and meet them every time.
Hillary, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in litigation support, brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the industry’s operations to her role at DepoScripts. Her strategic approach and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted partner to litigators nationwide. Hillary specializes in developing customized solutions for even the most complex cases, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Known for her collaborative spirit, she consistently provides exceptional support and valuable insights, creating a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
